FAQs
Before you enroll.
Which program should I choose?
Start from the outcome you want. If you need demonstrable project experience quickly, an Internship Program is the shortest route. If you are preparing to apply for roles and want structure end to end, choose a Career Development Program. If you already know the domain you want depth in, take the Professional Technology Track for it. If you have a programming background and are moving into modern AI engineering, the Emerging-Tech Tracks are built for that. If you are unsure, request counselling and we will map a starting point with you.
Do programs include an internship?
Internship Programs and Career Development Programs include an internship or project component. The Specialized Emerging-Tech Tracks are focused learning tracks and do not. Each program page states explicitly whether a component is included, and the internship certificate is issued only on completion of an eligible one.
What certificate will I receive?
A Course Completion Certificate on successful completion against the program's defined criteria, and an Internship Certificate where an eligible internship or project component is included. An Outstanding Performance Certificate is available as optional recognition against transparent performance criteria.
How are programs delivered?
Through structured live sessions supported by practical activities, with course material, assignments and progress tracking in the learning platform. Mentors review project work at defined checkpoints rather than only at the end.
What are the prerequisites?
Most programs start from fundamentals and state their entry expectations on the program page. The Emerging-Tech Tracks assume prior programming experience, since they build on it rather than teaching it.
What are the fees, and is there a refund policy?
Fees, the payment schedule and refund terms are published on each individual program page and confirmed in writing before you enroll. We do not quote figures that have not been confirmed for the intake you are joining.
Do you guarantee placement?
No. MindXcel provides career-readiness support — mock tests, interview practice, career counselling, and resume and portfolio assistance. We do not advertise placement guarantees, and any placement, partner or accreditation claim is published only where we hold formal documentation supporting it.
